The Callie offers lease terms from 1 to 15 months, with the best pricing listed on the website for each term. Standard leases are typically 12 or 15 months. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.

Parking

Maintenance

Emergencies include no heat, AC, or hot water, flooding, burst pipes, no electricity, fires, lockouts, and carbon monoxide alarms not working.

Security

Contact the community security team for after-hours issues or the leasing office during business hours. Courtesy officers are available for emergencies.
No, the community does not conduct wellness checks. Residents should contact local police if concerned about someone’s safety.

Move-In

Residents must provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of renters insurance, and verification of electricity transfer before keys are released.
Keys are released after submitting required documents. The leasing office may require an ID verification, and staff retains a copy for emergencies.
Yes, the current resident must submit the new occupant’s full name, phone, and email. The community will send an invitation to complete the application.
